The Spy Next Door just recently came out. Can you tell us a bit about the project?
The project was a dream come true. I got to work with one of my childhood heroes.

What was your character Larry like?
He was Russian, and he was bad. Things not usually found on my resume.

You got to play opposite the legend Jackie Chan! What was that like?
I am definitely excited to see myself fight Jackie Chan again. He was a legend when I was a kid, now I'm hitting the guy.

You also had a few stunts in the movie. Did you get to do them yourself?
Yes actually I was surprised when I found out I would get to do them myself.

Do you have any exciting, funny or embarrassing moments from set that you can share with us?
Actually, if you watch the bloopers, you can see me sticking my tongue out and making a funny face. I'm in the background, Jackie is the focus but I am in a lot of pain.

What would your ideal project be?
I like playing the villain a whole lot more. More freedom, more fun. Or maybe a character from mythology like Hermes or Loki?

Acting comes with a lot of rejection. How have you learnt to deal with it?
I had a lot a crippling insecurities when i was younger that made me a little short when it came to dealing with criticism. Let's just say that over the years I've changed in that way because you have to realize that criticism in entertainment is as much a part of the job as going into work. Most actors I meet don't get this yet, and may never, and they let it get to them.

What’s your favorite thing to do when you want to relax?
Maybe go surfing, or got to the mountains, but you can never go wrong with video games and a cream soda out of the bottle.

Who’s your biggest role model?
My dad

Teen actors in Hollywood seem to be going wild and keep getting a bad name. How do you deal with the drama and the teen actor stereotypes?
I imagine it's a movie and I'm watching all of these kids make fools out of themselves.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Ireland, or maybe Greece first, can't decide.
