So Faded Memories, one of your new films, recently just came out. Can you tell us a bit about the project?
It follows a sheltered girl, falling in love, and dealing with the consequences.

What’s your character, Lucas, like?
Lucas has a strong will and is compassionate. It’s tough for him to make decisions because he wants to be happy, but he also wants to please others. It’s a constant battle between doing what he feels is right and what others tell him is right.

Are you anything alike?
I know how it feels to be Lucas.

What’s it like working with such a successful young woman such as Anne-Sophie, who at 16 wrote, directed and starred in the movie?
I felt a little pressure because she is so young. As soon as we [started] working it disappeared because her style of directing was so lax. She trusted her cast completely.

Did you have any embarrassing moments on set?
There is a scene where I was running and I tripped on something!!! Let’s just say it wasn’t very pretty.

Which moment from the filming process was the most memorable?
A scene I did with Chayce Marnell comes to mind. He plays my little brother in the script. I think we only had to do one take. It felt so real!!!

What was the premiere of the movie like?
The premiere was very exciting. I had never been to one before. It was really weird watching me on the big screen, especially with a packed theatre. I couldn’t relax for the life of me!!!

What’s in store for you in the future?
Hold on, let me check my crystal ball…It says I’m going to take over the world.

Moving on to more random questions… P>

Describe yourself in 3 words.
I’d say I’m playful, generous, and responsible.

If you were a super hero, who would you be?
No way!!! They’re sell-outs. I’d be The Joker. If I had to be a super hero I’d be Gambit. He’s got swag, he plays poker, and most importantly he’s from New Orleans.

If you could go anywhere, where would you go?
I’d like to travel around the whole universe.

What are your hobbies?
I love playing poker. I’ve recently started surfing. I also like to read books and watch old films.

What’s the strangest thing you’ve had in your mouth?
I guess a raw oyster. It’s not weird to me because I grew up in New Orleans, but a lot of folks think they just look disgusting.

What irrationally annoys you?
The word “no” annoys me so much!!!

What’s your most treasured possession?
I don’t have one. All my childhood possessions were destroyed in Hurricane Katrina. I don’t really get attached to things anymore.

Do you have a myspace? If yes, what is it?
I’m an old-fashioned pick up the phone or write a letter kind of guy. Computers intimidate me. It took me almost 2 hours to type this!!!
