Eric and Dan, ex “Pastime” members, came up with the idea of creating a new project with a new sound in the early summer of 2008. Soon after, Ryan, Max and Dom became part of the band which they decided to call Under Spinning Lights.
Under Spinning Lights is a synth pop punk band from Long Island, New York, whose general idea is to have a good time makig fun music to listen to.
What does this band have that others don’t? Actually, each member likes a different type of music and, according to Dom (bass player), they decided to merge them... to create a catchy sound.
The ear catching vocals next to the perfect sound of the instruments makes of their first song “Remember when” a pleasant tune to listen to at anytime.
These five boys write all their music...and they are doing a great job. Even when they started this project a few months ago, they have captivated a lot of people with their sound.
So, if you love having fun and love music, you will probably love Under Spinning Lights.
